I guess it's my turn to say what I am thankful for.
First and foremost I am thankful for my God and for all the blessings he has given me. I don't always deserve his grace but it is something that I am eternally thankful for.
2nd. I am thankful for my husband. He is my rock. We have known each other since kindergarten and he is truly my best friend. He takes care of me, he loves me(even when I'm not easy to love). He is the one person who I know will always be there no matter what. He is an excellent father and a great provider.
3rd. I am blessed with the most beautiful, kind and caring children anyone could ever want. They are my reason to get up every morning. My favorite time of the day is when they come home from school and tell me all about their day. I love being their mother and can't wait for baby #4.
4TH. I am thankful for my family and my husband's family. They have inpired me in so may ways. I am so glad we have their love and support with this adoption
5th. I am thankful for my church. We are blessed to attend a church that is comprised mostly of family, and we are so thankful to have found such a open and loving place in which to worship.
6th. I am thankful for the many blog friends I have made. The whole blog community has been an invaluable source of comfort and encouragement as we have been on this adoption journey.
7th. This is the hardest thank you of all.... How do you properly thank the women who had the strength and courage to give us the opportunity to raise their children. I can only imagine how hard it was to leave their babies on the steps of an orphange, to walk away and not look back. I believe it had to be one of the most heartwrenching things they ever had to do. I can only say " Thank You, Thank You" from the bottom of my heart. Your love and and sacrifice does not go unnoticed. You are never far from our thoughts. We will always share a link, and although you may never know us, we will be bonded for life. Thank you for our babies. I only hope that somehow you can know how much they are loved and how precious they are to us.
